Blossom hunting in and around Newington green ( my happy home).
The title for this post is an old Japanese proverb, you can read the meaning here.
I am wearing:
Vintage Japanese Kimono: Beyond Retro
1920's Ribbon blossom in my hair: Porte De Clingnancourt
Vintage shawl, worn as a skirt: Beyond Retro
Red shoes: Primark
Vintage basket: present from my Mum.
Tassel Earrings: Charity shop
Selection of bangles:
The Mother of pearl ones were my Gran's from when she lived in Malaysia
The gold one was from my trip to India.
I hope you are all making the most of the blossom brightening up our tree's. Have a visit of Kerry's blog for some more blossom beauty.

ReplyDeleteHaha blossom thief! You just made me smile, you always do but, you sparked a memory from a few years ago :) An old man once appeared out of nowhere when I was in a field stealing a TEENY TINY WEE cutting of blossom and he totally gave me an old fashioned row despite it now even being his tree or field! Haha he shook his finger at me as he shouted and then shook his head and muttered 'young people' as he walked away from me! hahaha He obviously had no idea what a lovely young lass I was ;) Anyway, I LOVEEEEE your hair flowers, so sweet! and well, what can I say pretty lady, you have perfect style in my eyes! Zoë xxx
