We went through the Wardrobe.

Some of you may have noticed (ahem) that we have had snow in the UK! This is a big deal.
We (almost) never have a White Christmas and when January brings us snow we are so excited for about a minute, until we realise that we are not very well acustomed to it! So then follow's the moaning. It's not our fault, our little Island's weather is oh so temperamental, and when it does snow eveything just shuts down.

One thing I do know is that here on the Coast and in The New Forest it is very rare for the snow to reach us. It is too warm and if it does fall then then it seldom settles of sticks around. It is a novelty for us and so you will hear no moaning from me. I got to experience my very own Narnia this year and I was sad to say goodbye.

What ever your weather, I hope you are all having a safe and lovely weekend.
Kelly-Marie xx

  10. These photos are seriously amazing! Talk about a Winter Wonderland! I've never been in a forest in the snow before, it really does look like what I always imagined Narnia to look like! You fit in perfectly as a would be queen of narnia! So so pretty. That being said I am so glad we didn't get any snow in Dublin, you're right, we're so not equipped to deal with it!

    hope you're all cosy now!

    1. Emma that's made me so sad! You definitely must see the forest in the snow, even if it means you coming to visit me next time it happens. Althought I think that would be pretty tricky to plan. :-) xxx

  16. These pictures are so dreamy and magical. I love snow, but then, I live in LA and spend only about a week in it each year around Christmas. Perhaps I would feel differently if I were forced to live with it for months at a time ;)

  17. Oh sweetpea! Like the weather our internet has been so temperamental! I wanted to see this when I saw the 2nd (most wonderful picture of you EVER!) picture on either fb or instagram on my phone! I adore it all! The moon! <3 I have been cutting out moons to add glass glitter to btw ;) It's kinda hard with a bandaged up left hand and chillblanes all over my over-used right! bahaha! But we will get there! I love the snow, it's freezing cold torrential rain here now! :( Not as romantic! But oh dear, you look perfect in that beautiful outfit! Hope you are having a braw week sweet soul xxx

  18. Go on creating beauty!

I love snow. I'm an autumn/winter kind of guy. Give me zero weather and snow blizzards any day and I'll be happy and cheerful. Have you noticed how everything seems to change colour with the snows and is actually rather cheerful and lively? I wonder if you caught the re-issue of this BBC documentaryfrom 1963.
